The medium-voltage switchgear one-key sequential control and intelligent diagnosis solution automatically executes a series of isolating switch operations based on automation system commands, following predefined operation logic and five-prevention interlocking rules. This process changes the system’s operating state and enables automatic transitions of substation electrical equipment among operating, hot standby, and cold standby modes—without manual intervention.
The system integrates multi-source heterogeneous sensor data to achieve real-time equipment and environmental monitoring, status visualization, threshold-based early warning, and historical data analysis, fully empowering intelligent operation and maintenance of equipment.

Electric Chassis Car & Grounding Switch Control
Enables control and protection of electric mechanisms. The controller applies braking to the drive motor immediately once the running resistance reaches protection conditions. Under the controller’s management, the electric chassis car allows manual or motorized racking-in/racking-out of the circuit breaker. In case of stall, it intelligently identifies the fault current status and retracts the circuit breaker back to a safe position.
Video Surveillance
Cameras are installed in the circuit breaker chamber and cable chamber to monitor the grounding switch and circuit breaker operating states. Features include digital wide dynamic range, 3D digital noise reduction, backlight compensation, AI recognition, and visual perception through system algorithms.
IED Control Terminal & HMI
Integrated with infrared and visible light cameras, supporting video distribution to SCADA and monitoring systems. Provides contact temperature measurement, full electrical parameter and power quality monitoring, and mechanical characteristic temperature measurement. Supports multiple RS485 and Ethernet communication interfaces, capable of uploading data to the HMI and monitoring systems.
Switchgear Contact Monitoring:
A high-tech product integrating advanced sensing, digital recognition, wireless communication, low-power, anti-interference, and automation technologies. Provides real-time online monitoring of temperature, clamping force, and insertion depth of switchgear contacts. The system supports visualized graphical interface, threshold alarms, curve analysis, query statistics, and report management.
Partial Discharge Monitoring
Enables real-time online monitoring and visual indication of partial discharge, temperature, live status, and fault conditions, offering comprehensive data support for equipment operation and maintenance.
Mechanical Characteristics & Environmental Monitoring:
Continuously acquires circuit breaker mechanical displacement signals to calculate key parameters such as closing/opening speed and over-travel, while analyzing stroke curves to ensure compliance with standards. Simultaneously monitors cabinet temperature and humidity, with temperature rise monitoring for diagnosing conductive circuit abnormalities and early detection of oxidation or poor contact issues.
Intelligent Sequential Control Logic
Based on five-prevention interlock rules and predefined operating procedures, the system performs automatic sequential control of isolating switches, ensuring operational compliance and safety.
Multi-Modal Condition Monitoring
